At least 15 minutes will be built in between classes and sessions to allow instructor time to clean equipment and clients time to leave and enter the space safely, minimizing overlap.

Clients should remain outside of the studio until just before the scheduled session start time.

Clients should take their temperatures and answer the below self-screen questions prior to every session. If the answer to any of these questions is “yes”, please contact the studio or instructor to cancel. Sessions canceled due to health concerns will be credited in full to your account with no penalty.

Have you had a body temperature over 100 degrees Fahrenheit or have you used a fever reducer in the previous 24 hours to treat a body temperature over 100 degrees Fahrenheit?
Do you have a new cough that you cannot attribute to another health condition?
Do you have a new or worsening sore throat that you cannot attribute to another health condition?
Do you have new shortness of breath that you cannot attribute to another health condition?
Have you recently developed a complete loss of smell or taste?


Clients must wear a face covering at all times while in the studio, including during sessions. If there is a health reason impacting a client’s ability to wear a mask, we ask that you let the studio know in advance. Disposable masks will be provided in studio.

Clients must sanitize hands upon entrance to the studio. Sanitizer will be provided throughout the studio. Clients are also encouraged to wash hands before and after a session. Disposable gloves will be provided in studio for use by clients, if desired.

Clients should arrive at the studio fully dressed for class and minimize personal belongings brought into the studio to reduce exposure.

Clients are asked to send an email to as soon as possible if they test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of their last studio visit. An email notification will be sent to all potentially exposed individuals if there is a confirmed case of COVID-19.


Instructors will thoroughly sanitize all high touch surfaces touched by clients between each session, using antibacterial cleaning spray.

The studio will be cleaned at the end of each day, with all equipment, surfaces, door handles, light switches, water cooler buttons, and the bathroom sanitized. The studio will also be deep cleaned each week.
